ABOUT THE MAIN HOUSE
Bunny bought this 1840s Federal house in the Northwest corner of Connecticut almost 40 years ago. She fell in love with this house when she drove up the driveway and saw the beautiful locust trees and this white house sitting on a hill. At the time, it was in bad shape, but she saw none of the flaws. Developing the house and its surrounding gardens, spread across 12 acres, has been a love affair she’s had for 40 years.
